Step Up 3D is the third installment of the Step Up movie. It gets Adam Sevani and Alyson Stoner from its prequels. It also stars Rick Malambri and Sharni Vinson. The story is simple again with the protagonists of the film wanting to win a dance competition and compete their rivals. Not only this but Step UP 3D is also the only second movie after 'Toy Story 3' to get the 7.1 surround sound technology to it. So its not only best in visuals but also for sound.

One distinguishing sequence has Moose (Adam G. Sevani) splashing his moves on the water flooded stage. In another electrifying sequence the dance troop Pirates move in unison in LED lit costumes. One sees "Step Up 3D" for the 3D entirely.

Step Up 3D is the third of the lot, and indeed, the best one because of the 'third dimension' given to the movie. some hand moves crossing you over, and some cool dance moves and sequences never seen before. This flick stars Adam G. Sevani, Rick Malambri, and Sharni Vinson, who have looked immensely graceful on screen! With this 3D experience, the Step Up 3D series has made its place among the best hip hop dance movies of all times, and ranks 1st amongst dance movies 2010.
